Perfect stopover for a road trip
The deluxe double room was really comfy, with nice armchairs to kick back in after our long drive. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Dinner was tasty, and the breakfast had a cool mix of options. Just wish the room had a few more power outlets – it made charging devices a bit tricky.

I enjoyed my stay with spacious rooms and a convenient location just off the motorway, making it perfect for travelers. The dining options were varied and the meals were presented well. there were a couple of cleanliness issues in the bathroom that could be improved, and the service at dinner was a bit slow, which could detract from the overall experience.

The overall experience was enjoyable, highlighted by friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant served good-quality food, and the recent refurbishment offered a modern feel. room decor could use an upgrade, as some areas felt a bit outdated. A lovely spot for exploration.

I recently spent a night at Crooklands in a Deluxe Double Room. The room was large and well-furnished with a king-size bed, which was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and equipped with high-end toiletries. I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the hotel. it’s stylish with teal and yellow decor in the public areas. The restaurant served truly delicious food, making the meal enjoyable. The cooked breakfast was a standout, made with fresh, local produce. I faced a problem with service during dinner. I ordered a sirloin steak and had to send it back twice because it was undercooked. By the time the third version arrived, everything else on my plate had gone cold. The kitchen claimed to be busy, but that's not an excuse for food quality to slip. No one seemed to take my complaint seriously at checkout, which left a disappointing impression. I noticed some staff chewing gum while serving. This inconsistent service quality tarnished what could have been a perfect stay. Despite these issues, the staff were generally pleasant and attentive, contributing to the comfortable ambiance of the restaurant. Plenty of parking space is available, which is a plus. The overall experience felt a bit mixed due to these service inconsistencies, though the setting and decor were impressive.

After a long drive, it was such a treat to unwind in our cozy deluxe double room with comfy armchairs and a lovely selection of teas. We enjoyed a peaceful evening stroll along the canal and a generous full English breakfast that hit the spot. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but overall, it was a delightful stay! 😊
